I am a creator and teacher whose passion is leveraging my knowledge, skills and abilities to create the community I've always envisioned. I love alignment and the number eight.  

For me, the number eight represents alignment between the spiritual and the practical. I am the best version of myself when my actions are aligned with my mission and vision, where the what and the why are interconnected.  

I started The Eight Effect because I wanted to create the spaces where we all feel aligned. While there will be different things that The Eight Effect does, all of the projects will be grounded in the idea that action and vision are aligned.
