The Eight Effect is a Black women-led consultancy and creative studio committed to aligning vision with action to build more equitable communities. We provide leadership development and culturally grounded storytelling to empower historically underrepresented individuals. 

Our flagship programs—Board Bootcamp and Studio 8—prepare community members to lead on boards. commissions, and committees and shape narratives through media. 

Inspired by the confidence we carried as 8-year-olds—before the world told us what we couldn’t do—The Eight Effect believes in reigniting that boldness in adults, building on firm foundations to help people reconnect with their power, lead with purpose, and drive meaningful change.
